2020 has been a challenging year and no-one thought that we would be without face to face colleague interaction for so long. Choose an online event such as a gin or wine tasting activity or afternoon tea. These events combine a Christmas box home delivery with an interactive online experience. Alternatively, try out a live escape rooms event or arrange an online quiz.
Rewarding and engaging with your staff is so important. This doesn’t only apply to Christmas. Virtual events can be organised at any time to celebrate any occasion.
